I do not think that cocaine and crack cocaine offenders should be used at the same time, but I also believe that they should have to go through a mandatory rehabilitation programme before leaving the prison. Throwing these drug addicts in prison does not help the problem, and the chances are that they will simply return to prison until their drug problem is solved.

I spent most of my day watching the Casey Anthony case unfold, and I do not I think next to the defence. Ultimately, the child is dead and it was never reported to the authorities. Regardless of whether or not it was an accident, the measures after the death were not taken. I think Casey had something to do with the death of his daughter and it was not an accident. But we will see what is happening the rest of the trial.

I couldn't be more proud of this legislation! If it had to be a long time ago. I disagree totally with Rep. Corrine Brown, who believes that it is an infringement of privacy. I'm sorry, but you have to take a test to get a job, why wouldn't take you one to obtain government assistance? If they have money for drugs, they have money for the rest and do not need for welfare. Once you become the burden of the society, you absolutely must abandon your personal information regarding your use of drugs.
